KIDS COUNTRY MONROE (Kids Country)

Observation

During oniste visit, Licensor reviewed video recording with center director. The video showed a timeframe of 15:03:08- 15:03:56, child was playing with another children with a blanket on his hand. Child climb the toddler slide and jumped over, fell and hit his shoulder/elbow on the floor. Children were seen crowding around looking at the child. Staff was never seen intervened during the rough play or provided help immeditely after the child fell.
